At MPP we believe any individual who
cherishes their pet constitutes a Family. Unlike traditional insurance practices,
which only allow coverage for one pet at a time, and base premiums on breed, age
and medical history, MPP offers standard coverage to all the dogs in the Family.
OR to all the cats in the household. Simply enroll in either the Dog fee schedule
membership, or the Cat fee schedule membership. Because of the nature of standard
veterinary fee schedule practices, it is necessary to partition membership yet still
provide full coverage to every member of the household for the nominal fee of individual
coverage.
Simply enroll into a Dog fee schedule
OR our Cat fee schedule plan. Then select a veterinarian of your choice using our
Directory of Veterinarians. Once we receive your enrollment application we will
mail you an identification card to be presented at your veterinarian’ s office at
the time of your appointment. When
visiting a participating plan veterinarian, you pay them directly as you normally
would do but at the reduced rates as listed in the plan fee schedule. Saving range
from 20- 50% off most veterinary procedures.

When do benefits begin?
MPP memberships operate on an annual
basis. Your benefits begin once we process your application and are valid for one
year. You are free to visit any veterinarian in the directory immediately, without
any waiting period. Simply show your veterinarian’s office your membership card,
or have them call us to verify that you are a plan member.

What is the Cancellation Policy?

All membership fees are fully refundable within 72 business hours of your application
receipt.

If beyond the allotted 72 hour period, requests must be made in writing and are
subject to a 25% processing fee and a monthly prorate.
How can my Company/Neighborhood
quality for special Group membership rates?

We offer special reduced enrollment rates for Groups, Neighborhoods, Unions, and
Companies of five or more.

All you have to do is submit 5 separate enrollment applications at once in order
to receive special group rates.
